Big Cottonwood Lower Canal provides secondary irrigation water in portions of Holladay, Millcreek, and Salt Lake City to members whose property is located on one of the BCLC ditches.
Each year, members pay an assessment fee. Assessments are used to maintain main ditches, pipes, legal and administrative expenses (mailings, website, accounting, insurance, etc) of the non-profit organization.
