Thank you to everyone who came to our Annual Meeting on March 26. We had a full room and lots of good questions from members. As you may have seen on your 2026 invoice, the board needed to increase the annual assessment in order to cover increasing costs. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you see the value of that cost over the use of culinary all summer. That said, we had good discussions on water-wise thinking and water efficiency in our system. Please see the Annual Meeting slideshow for an overview of what we talked about.
With our severely-low snow pack this year, it is important to conserve water where you can, including your irrigation water. There may be times this year when there just will not be enough water in the canal to feed our system. We may turn to metered times/days that we have each district running. We just don’t know what is ahead until we see it. Thank you for your help getting the lines ready to receive water by the end of this month. It will take all of us to keep the water flowing!
